APS Employee Census results

The Australian Public Service (APS) Employee Census (Census) is an annual survey conducted across the APS, designed to collect feedback from all staff on our workplaces. Between May and June 2023, 87% of our people responded to the Census for the second year running.

Action plan

We are committed to listening and amplifying all voices in our organisation through the Census and this feedback informs our strategies and policies to ensure we remain both a world-class science organisation and a great place to work. In addition, this year we have developed an action plan that recognises areas where our organisation is performing well, and how we will prioritise making further improvements.
